Travel onsite once a month to FL
Project Start Date - Mid April
Project Duration - 1 year with extensions 
New Epic Implementation 

Oversee: OpTime OR, Radiant, Anesthesia, Radiant, Lumens, Cupid and Beaker Applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and manage projects related to Epic ancillary applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and facilitate successful project execution.
• System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of Epic ancillary applications, ensuring they meet clinical and operational needs while complying with regulatory standards.
• Training and Support: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring staff are proficient in utilizing Epic ancillary applications.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within ancillary services, leveraging data and user feedback to enhance workflow efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and addressing any concerns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies related to ancillary services.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, assess project outcomes, and inform strategic decision-making.

PMP Certifications is preferred but not required.
