Title: Roofing Estimator

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (Based on Experience, Vehicle Allowance Provided)

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Description:

Are you an experienced estimator looking for a dynamic opportunity with a national roofing and exteriors company? We are seeking a Roofing Estimator with experience in commercial roofing and exteriors. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing bids, managing takeoffs, and overseeing the estimation process for roofing, siding, and sheet metal projects. You will be working on a wide range of commercial and residential projects while contributing to a team known for its commitment to quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project takeoffs and prepare detailed, accurate bids for roofing, siding, and sheet metal projects.
• Use software such as On Screen, The Edge, or Timberline to ensure bid accuracy.
• Track bid statuses, respond to RFIs, and manage project estimation documentation.
• Coordinate with management and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Handle submittal documents, process RFIs, and assist in the overall estimation workflow.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in commercial roofing estimation (window and siding experience will be considered).
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in On Screen, The Edge, or Timberline software (experience with Xactimate not required).
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, bids, and documentation.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of roofing, siding, and sheet metal products and installation techniques.
