**Immediate Hiring - Full-Time Work From Home**
**Schedule**: Training will be conducted remotely via video meetings at the following schedule for two weeks: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time. After training, the regular schedule will be from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Central Time, including one weekend shift.

**What You'll Do**:
- Make outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections.
- Stay in touch with your managers for tips and feedback to improve your skills.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customers, ensuring they feel their issues are resolved. We provide scripted responses to help you always be prepared.
**Who You Are**:
- You have prior customer service experience and have worked remotely. Backgrounds in retail, sales, and wait staff have been successful in this role.
- You have a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection.
- You hold a GED or High School Diploma.
- You can type customer notes quickly and accurately on a standard keyboard.

- We operate seven days a week with flexible scheduling options. Schedules are consistent week-to-week, allowing you to plan ahead.
