Overview

Join our Data Enrichment team as a Data Entry Associate, where you'll play a vital role in supporting data quality initiatives for our healthcare clients. In this role, you'll be entrusted with maintaining high standards of accuracy and will contribute directly to our quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Complete data enrichment tasks based on the defined and client-specific standards.
Handle credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor verification, and managing board certification information.
Communicate with state boards and credentialing authorities to obtain status updates and required verifications.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Verify and cross-check data provided by third-party entities using online databases and other sources.
Perform other duties as required to support the team and enhance operational success.
Compensation

Hourly pay rate: $16 USD/hour

Qualifications

A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role (preferred).
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A stable work-from-home setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
