Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000

This client is eager to expand their team and welcome a Family Law Attorney in an unparalleled workplace culture! This salary ranges from $130,000 to $200,000+ based on experience, with additional performance incentives linked to billable hours and client acquisition, including profit sharing. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in family law cases, effectively and independently managing pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters.
• Perform thorough discovery and advanced legal research, prepare and review complex court documents, and actively participate in various legal proceedings.
• Effectively delegate tasks to a skilled paralegal and utilize third-party experts in domestic relations matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful experience helping clients with their family law matters in Colorado.
• Prior experience practicing family law within Colorado is required for this role.
• Essential qualifications include experience with complex family law cases, particularly those involving business interests, executive compensation, and intricate financial matters.
• Must demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload of at least 25-30 active domestic relations cases and simultaneously track and enter all billable hours.
