Family Law Attorney

Our esteemed client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team in California. Known for their supportive culture and focus on mentorship, the firm offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your legal career in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage family law cases, including client interviews, preparation of pleadings, RFOs, and attendance at trials.
* Represent clients in legal processes, providing compassionate guidance in delicate situations.
* Collaborate with senior partners and associates to develop case strategies.
* Participate in client consultations to assess and determine case approaches.
* Contribute to the firm's team-oriented and professional environment, supporting other attorneys as needed.
* Meet billable requirement: 100 hours/month

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2+ years of family law experience with a strong commitment to this practice area.
* Must be Bar licensed in California , in good standing.
* Residency in or willingness to relocate to Sacramento, California.
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex family law matters with professionalism and empathy.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with clients facing sensitive legal issues.
* Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
