Job Description

Job Title: Front-End Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-class front-end applications using Angular and/or similar frameworks.
Participate actively in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
Design and implement authentication and authorization strategies and caching mechanisms for scalable UI applications.
Write clean, reusable, and optimized code using HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Angular, Typescript, JSON, XML, and modern JavaScript standards (ES5/ES6).
Develop and optimize Single Page Applications (SPAs) with responsive design for client-facing platforms.
Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components with adherence to best practices.
Conduct performance optimization, scalability testing, and accessibility compliance testing (ADA).
Utilize testing frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium for test-driven development.
Implement best practices in application design, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in front-end/UI development, particularly with Angular and/or similar frameworks in a J2EE platform.
Proven expertise in responsive design and development for client-facing applications.
Strong understanding of programming concepts including data structures, algorithms, performance, caching, and scalability.
Extensive experience with modern UI technologies and frameworks, including:
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, JavaScript (ES5/ES6)
Angular, Typescript, JQuery, JSON, XML
NPM, Maven, AJAX
Experience in developing ADA-compliant user interfaces.
Hands-on experience in Test-driven development using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium.
Demonstrable ownership of the entire front-end stack, including JavaScript/HTML/CSS and UI frameworks.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Developing applications using Spring Boot Java Applications.
Working with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later.
Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Developing applications for Cloud platforms.
Implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Developing applications for mobile and tablet platforms.
