Our agents are equipped with proprietary technology and a streamlined sales process that eliminates cold calling. Instead, clients who are interested in our services will reach out to you directly, filling out a form to request your assistance. You will then schedule virtual appointments (or in-person, if preferred) to guide them through the application process.

No license? No problem! We offer a fast-track licensing program to get you started and earning quickly.

Key Details:

- No prior experience required.
- Compensation: 100% commission-based.
- Average earnings: Agents who follow our proven process earn between $525 - $700 per application. Full-time agents typically write 3-7 applications per week with the potential for performance-based raises every 2-3 months.
- Bonuses: Industry-leading bonuses, paid monthly and annually. New agents can earn up to 15% commission increases in the first 3-4 months.
- Virtual Business Model: Agents who use our virtual model are averaging 12-15 sales per week.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments with clients who have already expressed interest in our services.
- Generate quotes and submit applications using our e-app system.
- Build and expand your client base through leads and referrals.
- Offer additional products to existing clients to meet their evolving needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and process payments for pre-existing clients (for veteran agents).
- Follow our simple, structured sales process to guide clients through the coverage application process.
