This position will cover a rotating 3rd shift schedule.  The hourly rate starts at $21 and goes up depending upon qualifications. Annual merit, bonus and incentive plans are offered.

What you will as an Operator I:

• Safely and accurately handle and process Customer product in a highly regulated FDA, ISO and GMP industrial sterilization environment 
• Complete hard copy and electronic documentation 
• Operate, monitor, and assist with minor maintenance of processing equipment 

The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:

Required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in a warehousing/manufacturing environment
• Experience operating a Forklift
• Lift up to 50 lbs. – due to the physical nature of the job, requiring skill and endurance 

Preferred:

• 2 years’ experience in a warehousing/manufacturing environment
• Forklift Certified (verifiable)

• Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times 
• Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team 
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability  
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing 
• Demonstrate computer literacy 
• Be a collaborative team player

  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Pass the company Operator training program and maintain certification
