Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure fresh and top-quality ingredients.
• Continuously innovate and contribute to menu development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques.
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
